Appointments
We have developed a scheduling system where appointments are scheduled based on the availability of our patients. One of our top priorities is to accommodate patients as much as possible to avoid conflicts with school or work. In order to sustain your health, regular visits should be scheduled at a steady pace to prevent long intervals that could interrupt your progress. Please make sure you schedule your next appointment before leaving! If you do forget or need anything else, contact our Davie, Plantation, or Tamarac office during regular business hours.

Re-Scheduling & Tardiness
Because we consider an appointment a bond of trust, it is our priority to respect our patients’ time and make every effort to remain punctual. Our goal is to be accessible to you when you need us. If you are in severe pain, we will try our hardest to schedule a same-day appointment. Some visits may end up being more complicated than initially anticipated. If we are unexpectedly delayed, we will notify as soon as we can and offer alternative time slots for your appointment.
Likewise, if you are going to be late or miss your appointment, we ask that you please notify us. While we completely understand that emergencies may arise, if your tardiness significantly delays the treatment of other patients who arrived on time, your appointment might be moved to another date. Ideally, we would prefer a 24-hour cancellation notice so that we may assign your slot to somebody who was previously placed on our Call List. If you need to re-schedule an appointment for your little one, contact our Davie, Plantation, or Tamarac location.
